RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Miss Rio purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

  • Unopened and unused candles, reed diffusers, and travel tins in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Gift sets must be unopened and complete

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used candles and diffusers (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom orders

How to Return

  1. Contact us at [mitch.hill@hotmail.co.uk] within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Items must be securely packaged in original packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
